Training does not stop at induction. Crane operators, riggers and signallers go through continuous certification; the technical team attends manufacturer training; and supervisors are developed in-house.
The company keeps a standing talent pool for every location — Fortaleza and Pecém (CE), São Luís (MA), Parauapebas (PA), Sarzedo (MG) and Mossoró (RN).
